Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
No Gels, powders, herbs or capsules can be returned.
To complete your return, we require an order number or receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the Item is not defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be returned.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Processing/Shipping
All Orders can take anywhere from 1-10 business Days depending on the nature of the product you order. Please keep in mind that the shelf life on the gel, smoothies, lemonade and other items start once the Item is made. Everything is made fresh in small batches cleaned to perfection in a certified servsafe kitchen to ensure freshness. All Shipping is done on Monday and Tuesday Only. All Orders are processed the next business day. No orders are processed on the weekend. If you order on the weekend the order will not be processed until the next business day. (EX: Shipping order Placed on a Sunday will be processed on Monday the order may be shipped on Tuesday or the Following Monday depending on the place in line that the order was received.
